I was commissioned to design the branding for Coach KY, a personal trainer based in Barry, South Wales. The client wanted a bold and contemporary identity that would reflect his energy, professionalism, and passion for fitness while appealing to a wide client base.

The logo combines a custom “CK” monogram with clean, modern typography, giving the brand a sleek and instantly recognisable mark. The CK form was also designed to subtly resemble the base of a spin bike, connecting directly to the client’s expertise in teaching spin classes. A vibrant lime green paired with deep olive tones was chosen to symbolise strength, growth, and vitality — qualities central to fitness and personal development.

I developed a full branding package including logo variations, colour palette, and supporting graphics. The identity was tested across merchandise, digital assets, and promotional materials to ensure adaptability and consistency.

The branding provided Coach KY with a strong, professional identity that elevates his presence both online and offline. The bold design captures the dynamic spirit of personal training and helps position him as a trusted and approachable fitness coach in the Barry community.
