I was commissioned to design a unique brand identity for North Bay Cottage, a coastal holiday rental. The client wanted a logo and branding suite that reflected both the cottage itself and its calming, nature-inspired interior design.

The identity centres on a hand-drawn illustration of the cottage, paired with subtle details of birds in flight and a warm yellow sun circle. The colour palette was directly inspired by the cottage’s interiors — golden yellows and soft greens — creating a visual link between the guest experience and the brand.

I developed a versatile branding package including logo variations, colour palettes, and mockups applied across merchandise, signage, and promotional materials. The identity was designed to evoke warmth, comfort, and a sense of relaxation — qualities central to the cottage’s guest experience.

The final branding provided North Bay Cottage with a professional yet welcoming identity that captures both its coastal charm and stylish interiors. The cohesive look now ties together the physical space with its online and promotional presence, offering guests a memorable brand experience.
